Rated 4 out of 5 by cariw from good simple microwave , easy to use I bought this specifically because it does not have a turntable , so its great for putting rectangular dishes in which don't fit on turntable . It is simple and very easy to use .The only downside is that the timer settings are in 30 sec intervals , so where you have something that only requires a few seconds extra like melting butter , its 30 secs . That said I think the answer is to set for 30 secs and just watch the countdown and take it out when needed , so there is a way around it. registering the Russell Hobbs guarantee is not as easy as other sites as there are multiple options of websites , but thats a manufacturer issue . very quick delivery from Robert Dyas . pleased with purchase

Super easy to clean as it's a flat bed model that doesn't require micro glass dish plus it also very quiet when in use. Very stylish & looks great on counter top. Well happy with this purchase.

If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied:
- Products < 20kg: £7.50
- Products > 20kg: £30
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
